  • Staff & team data. Managers using VillaFlow may add staff profiles, including names, contact details, preferred language, and LINE account identifiers, so tasks can be assigned and completed.

  • Operational data. This includes villas and properties you manage, job tickets, maintenance schedules, checklists, issues, costs, approvals, and reports created within the Service.

  • Photos & media. The Service stores before/after job photos and other images uploaded by your team for documentation purposes.

  • LINE integration data. When you connect LINE, we process LINE user identifiers, display names, and messages exchanged through the Service to deliver tasks, photo requests, and confirmations. This is limited to what is needed to operate the workflow.

  • Website & technical data. When you visit our website, we automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data through cookies and similar technologies.
